Sheenva Return Policy

Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

Sheenva offers returns for products within thirty (30) days of receiving the shipment, provided the product qualifies for return. Eligible products will feature the - “Enjoy hassle-free returns with this offer” tag under offer details. Items that do not qualify for return cannot be returned under any circumstances. A product will only be considered returned once the customer has been notified of its acceptance.

Depending on your location, it may take up to two weeks for the returned product to reach us. Once received at our fulfillment center, please allow up to two (2) business days for processing. Refunds may take approximately seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days to be credited to your credit card or Sheenva wallet if payment was made in cash. The refund is subject to the condition of the returned product.

Electronics and Accessories

The product must be returned in its original packaging, sealed, and unopened. If the product has been used, the original packaging has been opened, or the seal has been removed, the refund request will be declined, and the product will be sent back unless there is a manufacturing defect. If the product is malfunctioning due to a manufacturing defect, the original packaging, information booklet, and all included accessories must also be returned. Sheenva reserves the right to determine whether the item will be repaired, returned to the customer, or refunded.

Personal care items are not eligible for return.
